Seminar on Managing Youth Centers

Throughout the seminar, we had the chance to explore innovative approaches to youth work, share perspectives with inspiring individuals from different backgrounds, and reflect on the role of youth centers as safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces for young people.
This experience not only contributed to our professional development, but also strengthened our commitment to supporting young people through more effective and inclusive youth work practices.

ROLES OF YOUTH WORKERS & YOUTH CENTERS – Primosko, Bulgaria

From June 9 to June 13, the Roles of Youth Workers & Youth Centers project was successfully held in Primorsko, Bulgaria, bringing together participants from different countries to explore green practices, sustainability, and youth engagement. Throughout the program, youth workers took part in interactive workshops, discussions, and presentations focused on environmental responsibility and the role of youth centers in promoting sustainable lifestyles. One of the highlights of the project was the cultural nights, where each country presented its traditions, food, music, and cultural values, creating a strong sense of intercultural dialogue and connection. In addition, participants delivered presentations, shared good practices from their countries, and exchanged ideas on how youth work can contribute to a greener and more sustainable future.
